I am friends with his sister....I am not sure what your problem is, but this man is deceased. It is being investigated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, so that is why there aren't a lot of details just yet. The family is no talking a lot about it right now as you can imagine, they are devastated.
i hope it aint true. Why didnt the radio station have these details of him being shot in back of head? It only said he was d.o.a. who learned of these details? May he rest easy.
I am sorry, unfortunately it is all too true. The investigators are being very tight lipped about the details, in fact, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to assist. They have asked the family not to give out details so as not to jeopardize their investigation. I hope they catch the person/persons responsible! No one deserves to die like this! When they finish with the autopsy and investigation, the family will be allowed to have him brought back to KY for burial

I doubt it was a genuine "robbery". Those mourning his loss probably hadn't done business with him. I imagine it was a hit by someone he defrauded, or attempted to defraud. Why people like him take the huge risk of screwing professional weapons manufacturers & operators, I'll never know.

i know his grandmother and she confirmed to me that it did happen and they are waiting on autopsy report from the police and they are still investigating it.

It was in Carnesville, Georgia which is "Franklin County" in GEORGIA not KY where this happened. You can easily google for the REAL news reports. I see some people all ready mentioned where one of the reports is linked on.
Former resident of Frankfort, Keith Ratliff, apparently entered a room during the process of being robbed. Reports have it that Ratliff was tied up and shot in the back of the head. Ratliff was reportly living in Georgia but will be brought back to Frankfort for burial.
